CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policies We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your respect regarding our time. Appointment availability is limited, and each booking is tailored specifically to you and the services you’ve scheduled. Effective February 1, 2024, the following policies will be in effect: 1. Credit Card Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require your credit card information to be on file. Your card will not be charged prior to your appointment unless you cancel or make changes outside of the policies outlined below. 2. Late Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that all scheduled services will be completed. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the remaining time. 3. No Call No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
